Gerald W. Bassett - (IL, GA)
Gerald Bassett was born and raised in the heartland of the Midwest, in Woodriver, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University in 1983. He then entered the Illinois Supreme Court Law School at Washington University, where his J.D. degree was received in 1988.
Gerald was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois in 1988. In 2000, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia. Gerald is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
Pamela D. Cherry, Litigation Paralegal
Pam's education has consisted of undergraduate work at the
University of Georgia and post graduate work at the National
Center for Paralegal Training. Pam has also received a Nursing
degree from Armstrong State College in 1993. Pam has served as
President to the Southeastern Association of Legal Assistants,
where she is still a member today. She is also an
associate member of the American Bar Association.
Pam is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute
Resolution. Through this registration, Pam is very active in
the community service arena, where she participates in divorce
mediation and arbitration.
